Wednesday: 11:00 am – 9:00 pm
Key Responsibilities & duties
Check holy58 mail
Reply to any questions, refer people to an appropriate friendship group/ministry
Send FG leaders a text &/or email with the names of the people they should reach out to
Create team meeting agenda &/or service schedule by Tuesday
Partner with the holy58 core team to plan services + Burning Hearts Club
Follow-up with volunteers and parents when necessary for service and/or burning hearts club
Purchase whatever is necessary for service/burning hearts club as needed (using holy58 funds)
Check in on friendship group leaders every other week
Check FG attendance overall, follow up with leaders (has it increased/decreased, how can we support them better?)
Once a month, text every individual team member to remind them about our team meeting and check in: How can I be praying for you?
Check in with the social media team
Create a plan and a schedule with them for the holy58 Instagram
Confirm when things are posted Post reminders for service + other event
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
2 years assisting to Houses of Light
Passion for working with teens (ages 13-18)
1-2 years experience serving in ministry or in a community program (preferably with high school students)
Deep love for Jesus and a history of friendship with Him
A teachable heart and a willingness to ask for help
A heart to build friendships and community with fellow team members and students
Familiarity with Gmail & Google Drive
Working knowledge of Canva or similar design platform
Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
Vehicle or some other form of personal transportation (ability to run out and get supplies when needed)
